Hey, I'm Andrew Ferris, Agent with Mid Michigan Medicare. I joined Mid Michigan Medicare because I wanted to make a real difference for people turning 65 and for others in the 65+ community. Choosing Medicare coverage can feel like a lot to take on, especially when the details affect your doctors, prescriptions, budget, and peace of mind. I want my client to understand their options and feel confident that they have coverage that fits their needs.

The part of this work I value most is getting to know the person behind the questions. Everyone has different priorities, and no one should feel rushed through an important decision. I take the time to listen, explain things in a clear and down-to-earth way, and help people work through what matters to them. My hope is that each person leaves our conversation feeling heard, informed, and reassured that they have someone they can turn to.

For me, being of service doesn’t end when a plan is chosen. It means being available when questions come up and offering steady guidance as life and needs change. Older adults deserve patience, respect, and personal attention. I’m proud to be part of a team that shares that belief, and grateful that my work lets me support people in a way that can bring real confidence and peace of mind.

I live in Hillsdale County, and the outdoors is where I feel most at home. I enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, traveling, and setting off on new adventures. Whether I’m on a trail, near the water, or exploring someplace new, I appreciate the chance to slow down, take in my surroundings, and spend time doing what I love.

At the heart of it, I want people to know they don’t have to figure everything out by themselves. I’m here to help make Medicare easier to understand and to make sure the 65+ community receives the thoughtful service and support they deserve. I cannot wait for my opportunity to serve you!
