Hi, I’m Mary Sue Ross, and I’m proud to be part of the team at Mid Michigan Medicare! As a lifelong member of the Mid-Michigan community, I love being able to work with the people and families who make this area so special.

I graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Advertising Management, and I’ll always be a Spartan at heart. Go Green!

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is getting to work directly with our clients and help make the Medicare process a little less overwhelming. Healthcare coverage can feel complicated, and I love being part of a team that helps people feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their decisions. Seeing the relief people feel when their questions are answered and they know they have someone in their corner makes this job so fulfilling. I especially enjoy getting to know our clients, building genuine relationships, and making sure they feel cared for long after they walk through our doors.

Outside of the office, you can usually find me spending time with my dog, Cowboy, or enjoying just about anything outdoors. I love fishing, snowmobiling, riding the Ranger, and hiking with Cowboy. I'm also a huge music lover and could talk about music for hours! Going to concerts is one of my favorite ways to spend my free time. Above all, I'm a family person. With my family living right here in the area, I feel incredibly blessed to be able to spend so much time with them.

I’m grateful to be part of a team that puts people first, and I love that my job allows me to connect with others, build lasting relationships, and make a positive difference in the community I’ve always called home.
